Little Brother sits on the main Lemhi Range Crest between Big Sister and Midway Mountain. Rick Baugher made the first recorded ascent of Little Brother. Larry Prescott climbed the peak on an epic 13-mile, 7,300-foot elevation gain, 6-peak day, where he traversed to the peak from Big Sister to the south to Midway Mountain to the north.
