Peak 7370 and its nearby neighbor Peak 7410 sit on the north side of Green Canyon in the northern foothills of the Deep Creek Mountains on the west side of Arbon Valley. It is most easily climbed from the Green Canyon BLM Road, which is only suitable for ATVs. USGS Bannock Peak

Access

Same as for. This is the second leg of a 2-peak adventure that includes Peak 7410 and Peak 7370. It covers 8.5 miles with 2,250 feet of elevation gain round trip.

East Ridge, Class 2

The Climb

From the 7,060-foot connecting saddle with Peak 7410, bushwhack west up the left/south side of the ridge crest in scrub and mountain mahogany. Bash through a short patch of thick willows in a gully that is unavoidable. Once past this mess, scramble up easy, open scrub to the summit of Peak 7370. The high point is obvious and open. I rebuilt the small, torn-down summit cairn.

Southwest Ridge, Class 2

The Descent

From the summit, descend southwest then south in short scrub on the open ridge crest. Bushwhack through a short patch of easy, gapped aspens to reach Green Canyon Road. Hike about 3.7 miles down Green Canyon Road to the improvised roadside pullout and your parked vehicle.
