Wallis Peak is a rounded peak located northeast of War Eagle Mountain. It is accessed from War Eagle via FS-331 which follows the connecting ridge to its West Slopes. Use the War Eagle Mountain page for access information. From War Eagle, follow the road to the Wallis Cabin. Just before the cabin, a 4WD road runs east toward the summit. Hike along this road until you are near the top. Leave the road and hike the downfall-cluttered final slope to the high point. USGS War Eagle Mountain
