Bog Benchmark/Deadwood Lookout

The Deadwood Lookout is located due south of the Bog Benchmark. Make sure after you tag the summit to continue on to the lookout for a great view. The lookout is availabile for overnight rentals.

This peak is not in the book. Bog Benchmark is located south of Deadwood Reservoir. The peak has a long North/South summit ridge. The peak has a fire lookout on the South End of its North-South summit ridge. The lookout has not been used since the Pioneer Fire burned much of the surrounding area.
